Naturally, it is the winner of the Guardian First Book Award. It is a riveting book, a new star, a thriller, beautifully written, fascinating, mysterious, yet non-medical public will be able to comprehend the insight with regard to the suffering and dying as a consequence of this malady. It is a wonderful piece of medical journalism.
