A profound prayer of a sect of Christianity works wonders and is quite popular among all Christians. Kriyaban's in Yoga also love it and they suggested that let this be understood from the dimension of Yoga too.

The prayer is addressed to Divinity which is Life, Love in us. ‘Blessing’ is the bliss, the benediction of this Division-free, this choiceless Awareness. “Enlarge my territory’’ means let there be Energy of Understanding, the Truth of ‘what is’ —- not the entanglements with mental undertakings of ‘what should be’ imposed by mind, the myth.

“Your hands be with me’’ means let the holy whole be awakened is us, abolishing the garbage of gossips in which we remain excited.

This naturally saves us from stupid evil (ego-centric activities). And then we do not hurt or cause pain to others un-necessarily .

Jai Profound Prayer

Oh, that you would bless me indeed !

And enlarge my territory.

That your hand be with me,

And you would save me from evil.

That I may not cause pain to anyone
